Basically it means “the use of good manners in online communication such as e-mail, forums, blogs, and social networking sites” for example Keeping your cell phone conversations private by moving 10-20 feet away from others and speaking with a soft voice.
According to Duanne ,M .Digital commerce is defined as selling and buying goods online, Digital commerce is legal and professional and it is also helpful but has a lot of risks, for example purchasing a cricket bat online
DIGITAL LITERACY
According to Heitin , L .”Digital literacy is finding information and communication technologies to, evaluate, create, and communicate information, requiring both cognitive and technical skills.” For example, reading a sport magazine online will require you to be able to turn the device on and flip pages back and forth, but other than that, it isn’t so different from reading a book
Digital communication communications mean transferring data from one place to another. It is done by physical path or physical connection. In digital communication, digital values are taken as the discrete set. It is bit complicated as compare to analog communication and its also fast and appropriate in modern situations. For example, communications done over the Internet is a form of digital communication.
According to the IIE, (2019).DIGITAL LAW Digital law can be defined as the legal rights and restrictions governing technology use. In today’s world, many people are not responsible digital citizens. They are criminals, breaking the law, either knowing or not knowing, what is appropriate or inappropriate technology use. For example, many people think that it is okay to download music without paying for it. This is illegal though and there can be serious consequences if caught. You can pay a hefty fine or even go to jail.
According to Young. 2009. A digital citizen is a person who has a name on the Internet. This means you are a digital citizen and part of a digital community and therefore, you must exercise self-awareness including the awareness of others in the community. Digital citizenship is escorted by many rights and responsibilities, which are projected to protect you as well as everyone else with whom you interact with digitally for example having a Instagram and your identity is identified when searched on the internet. [ Digital citizenship 2019].
Digital health and wellness refers to physical and psycho-social well-being in a technological world. To help students who use technologies, particularly in their personal lives, health and wellness to help address issues to them about the interest and developing a well-balanced future citizen. For example, leaning over while sitting down or unhealthy habits.
Digital Security is the protection of someone’s personal information digitally , as it represents the physical identity on the network you are operating on or the internet service in use. Digital Security also includes tools such how to secure his/her identity, asset and technology in the online and mobile world.
